Who you are contracting with

This service is provided by Vendalys, of Portugal.

What the service does

The platform follows the prices other sellers charge on the European marketplaces where your products are listed, shows you where you stand, and suggests a price from the rules you set.

The suggestions are information, not instructions: we change nothing on any marketplace. Applying them or not is always your decision.

What the service does not promise

The data comes from the marketplaces themselves and we show what they give us. We do not warrant that it is complete or permanently up to date.

We promise no increase in sales, in margin or in position. Pricing decisions are yours, and so is the responsibility for them.

Your account

You need to confirm a valid email address and to be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.

One account per person or company. You may not share access with third parties or resell the service.

Price and payment

You may use the platform without paying, for a limited number of products stated inside the platform. The subscription costs €189.99 a month plus VAT, taken by Stripe at the start of each period.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries for some weeks. Once the retries run out the subscription ends — the account stays yours and keeps the products already in it, going back to the number allowed without a subscription.

Cancelling

You may cancel whenever you like, without talking to anyone and without penalty. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no refund of the unused part of it.

You may also delete your account at any time, from your profile.

Acceptable use

You may not try to reach other people's accounts, work around the limits of your own, extract the platform's data by automated means, or use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we always say why.

Liability

We do what we can to keep the platform available and correct, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before whatever caused it. Nothing in these terms sets aside liability the law does not allow to be set aside.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in any material way we will tell you by email beforehand. Continuing to use the platform afterwards counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
